PS3, via a hack currently in pre-alpha version. A video shows the navigation interface of the console, and use with Killzone 3.
If Microsoft plans to offer the source code KINECTS for use on PCs, some geniuses use hacks to push the capabilities of the device to detect movements of the Xbox 360 to other uses. Also, a modder known Shantanu Goel, has released a video of using KINECTS PS3.
His current project is fresh, what the excuse some trouble detection. However, navigation in the interface of the PS3 seems relatively easy. Things get complicated when the detection of X and Y axes in Killzone 3. The source code, currently in pre-alpha version is available here, with installation instructions, compilation and configuration.
